The personal data processed, i.e. any information that allows your identification and / or identifiability, are the following:

Name, surname;

email address;

information entered by you in the contact request form.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data are processed to respond to your request for contact and information. Processing is necessary; if you do not provide us with your data, it will not be possible for us to follow up on your query.

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of contractual clauses pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR.

COMMUNICATION AND RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data will be processed by the Data Controller and their Authorized persons.

DATA RETENTION

The Data Controller will keep your personal data only for the time necessary to reply to you, except for any extensions for the fulfillment of legal obligations and to document the fact that your query was processed.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union, without prejudice to the possibility of using third parties for the provision of the services / products offered, who declare to adopt adequate security measures and to comply with the privacy legislation (or equivalent according to the adequacy decision of the Commission pursuant to art.45 Reg. EU 679/2016 or other instruments pursuant to art. 49 of EU Reg. 679/2016).

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

At any time, as provided by law, you can ask us to:

Access your personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing or to oppose such data processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulations) revoke the consent if given and lodge a complaint with a controlling body; if you are in Italy, for example, to the Privacy Authority for the protection of personal data, by consulting the website www.garanteprivacy.it.
